Phillip D. Quigley, D.M.D.

Dr. Phillip Quigley is a native to Washington. He graduated with a Bachelors degree in Biology from Utah Valley University. After his undergraduate studies, he attended Oregon Health and Science University where he earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree. Dr. Quigley is passionate about dental education so he attends continuing education seminars and conferences regularly. He is a member of the American Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry and Benton County Dental Association. He has spent the last several years proving excellent dental care in Sunnyside, Pasco and Kennewick Washington. He wants all his patients to feel like family and have a life changing dental experience. In his spare time, you’ll find Dr. Quigley playing games and exploring nature with his wife Brittany and their four children. Other passions include swimming, weightlifting, Ultimate Frisbee, home projects and of course Seahawk football games. “Go Hawks!”

Heidi Frank, Dental Hygienist

Heidi Frank was born and raised in the Lower Yakima Valley. She started working as a dental assistant in 1996. In 2005 she decided to further her education in Dental Hygiene. She graduated with honors from the YVCC Dental Hygiene program and then returned to work at Prosser Dental Center in 2007. She takes great pride in educating her patients about dental hygiene and how it plays a role in one’s overall health. She is also very compassionate about alleviating fears and anxiety when it comes to dentistry. Outside of work she loves gardening, going to the beach, and spending time with her children and grandchildren.

Noelia, Dental Assistant

Noelia is the newest addition to Prosser Dental center. She has over 19 years of dental assisting experience. She is the proud mother of two handsome boys. Some of her favorite things to do on her off time include; spending time with family and baking. She loves sightseeing and taking road trips along the Oregon coast during the summertime. She is known for making patients laugh!

Kimmy, Receptionist

Kimmy is the receptionist at Prosser Dental Center. She has been a dental receptionist for over 4 years. Her favorite place to vacation is Oregon and Las Vegas. She is the mother of two future football players. She loves cooking, baking and road trips. Her favorite seasons are fall and summer. People always notice how kind and sweet she is!
