Phillip D. Quigley, D.M.D.

Dr. Phillip Quigley is a native to Washington. He graduated with a Bachelors degree in Biology from Utah Valley University. After his undergraduate studies, he attended Oregon Health and Science University where he earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree. Dr. Quigley is passionate about dental education so he attends continuing education seminars and conferences regularly. He is a member of the American Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry and Benton County Dental Association. He has spent the last several years providing excellent dental care in Sunnyside, Pasco and Kennewick Washington. He wants all his patients to feel like family and have a life changing dental experience. In his spare time, you’ll find Dr. Quigley playing games and exploring nature with his wife Brittany and their four children. Other passions include swimming, weightlifting, Ultimate Frisbee, home projects and of course Seahawk football games. “Go Hawks!”

Heidi Frank, Dental Hygienist

Heidi Frank was born and raised in the Lower Yakima Valley. She started working as a dental assistant in 1996. In 2005 she decided to further her education in Dental Hygiene. She graduated with honors from the YVCC Dental Hygiene program and then returned to work at Prosser Dental Center in 2007. She takes great pride in educating her patients about dental hygiene and how it plays a role in one’s overall health. She is also very compassionate about alleviating fears and anxiety when it comes to dentistry. Outside of work she loves gardening, going to the beach, and spending time with her children and grandchildren.

Glenda, Dental Assistant and Receptionist

Glenda has been with Prosser Dental Center since 2022 and has assisted for 23 years. She is a mother to 3 boys and a grandmother to 2 grandkids. She enjoys her morning workouts with her YouTube trainer Sydney. Some of her favorite things are family gatherings, watching football, and their annual Mariners baseball game. In her free time, you will find her on road trips to see her boys, and sightseeing. She admits to loving to stay home, cooking and is an avid puzzler.

Julianna, Dental Assistant and Receptionist

Julianna is a registered dental assistant who has over 12 years of experience. Given her knowledge and standard of care she helps patients feel safe and welcomed to every dental visit. In addition to demonstrating enthusiasm in assisting the dentist, to ensure all patients achieve the best oral health. In her free time, she enjoys good food and family time with her husband and 2 children. As well as outdoor activities, gardening, and binge watching a good T. V. show.
